Quantum Events (QE) are neutral with respect that it does not care who wields the QE power. When G-d set His laws at the beginning of our Universe, they work for anyone who understands the laws. A QE that has no viable explanations is called magic.
Energy healing or "spiritual healing" tends to be magical in nature. The Jewish-Christian Quantum Healing Principles are more effective and has more power behind it than "mediums," etc.
